Get Schooled (์ฐธ๊ต์œก), written by Chae Yong-taek and drawn by Han Ga-ram, began on Naver Webtoon in November 2020 and is still running. The premise is simple. With students, teachers, and parents all crossing lines and schools falling apart, the government sets up a fictional agency, the Teachersโ€™ Rights Protection Bureau, and sends inspector Na Hwa-jin into problem schools. When persuasion fails, he uses force within legal limits. That catharsis is the heart of the series and the reason its comment section stayed heated for years.

On June 5, 2026, the webtoon became a ten-episode Netflix limited series released worldwide. Hong Jong-chan of Juvenile Justice directed, the scripts are by Lee Nam-gyu, Kim Da-hee, and Moon Jong-ho, and the production companies are YLAB Flex and GTist. Kim Moo-yeol plays Na Hwa-jin, Lee Sung-min plays education minister Choi Gang-seok, Jin Ki-joo plays Im Han-rim, and Pyo Ji-hoon plays Bong Geun-dae. The English title is Teach You a Lesson.

The series keeps the webtoonโ€™s satisfying setup but adds the friction of real life: legal procedure, evidence gathering, and political pressure. Where the webtoon resolves a case within an episode, the series spends ten hours showing how an agency like this would actually operate and where it would get stuck. Readers of the original will enjoy spotting what the adaptation changed; viewers coming from the series should know the webtoon is considerably more direct.

The webtoon is available from episode one on Naver Webtoon and Naver Series, in Korean. The cases covered by the series come mostly from the early run, so reading on after the finale continues the story without a gap. (As of August 21, 2026)
