Cancellation
Cancel anytime from subscription management on My page. Renewal stops from the next billing date and access continues until the paid period ends.
Withdrawal (payment cancellation)
Within 7 days of a payment, and before you start viewing paid content (locked series pages), you can request a full refund of that payment.
Once paid content viewing has started, delivery of digital content is considered to have begun and withdrawal for that payment is limited. This is disclosed before payment.
Refunds for service faults
If a payment goes through but the subscription is not applied, or any fault on our side occurs, the payment is fully refunded regardless of the period.
If weekly publication stops for 3 weeks or longer for service reasons, remaining days are refunded pro rata on request.

Contact hello@bessatsu.com or the Channel Talk button with your billing account (Google email). Processed within 7 business days via Polar to the original payment method.
