This year she gets the date wrong for the first time and arrives a day early, and the post holds not nine knots but eighteen. MangaHiroshi Fukuda's manga about an elite girls' school rock band has run in Hakusensha's Young Animal since October 2022. Its 13-episode TV anime aired on TBS affiliates April-June 2025. A Tokyo stage run for February 2027 was announced October 1. The post-anime story continues in volume 5.
MangaYoshito Usui's gag manga, known in Korea as Jjanggu, began in August 1990. The 1992 TV anime still airs weekly, and this summer's film passed 2.7 billion yen in 45 days, a series record. The original ended at 50 volumes; since 2010 his staff have continued it as New Crayon Shin-chan (16 volumes).
AnimationChiikawa's first film adapts the Siren arc, a long story Nagano posted on X. It opened in Japan on 24 July and took more than 15.84 billion yen at the box office in 59 days. In Korea it opened on 30 September and passed one million admissions ten days later, on 9 October.
MangaMuchimaro's four-panel student council manga has run in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2022, won the Next Manga Award 2023 comics division and passed 2.7 million copies. The TV anime began in Japan on 3 October and on Laftel in Korea on 5 October. Somy Media's S Comics has 12 Korean volumes out.
