MangaShuzo Oshimi gave the narrator of his four-volume memoir his own name
Shuzo is at university, has a serious girlfriend and has just won his first manga award when his younger brother is diagnosed with a brain tumour. Shuzo Oshimi of The Flowers of Evil drew it from his own life and ended it at four volumes in March 2026; VIZ Media's volume 1 came out on 15 September.
