AnimationPing Pong the Animation: eleven episodes on the gap between talent and wanting to win
Tatsunoko Production put eleven episodes on air in the spring of 2014, all of them scripted by Masaaki Yuasa from Taiyou Matsumoto's original. Makoto Tsukimoto plays well enough to beat Yutaka Hoshino and never does, so the club teacher sets about giving him a competitive streak.
