Rin Shima camps alone. The lakes she picks all have Mt. Fuji in view, and going by herself is the part she likes. Nadeshiko Kagamihara has a version of the same habit, cycling out on her own toward the same mountain, and at some point the two of them meet.
After that the series is mostly trips. They pitch tents, boil water, share cup ramen and spend long stretches just looking at what is in front of them. Aoi Inuyama rounds out the main cast. Twelve episodes ran from 4 January to 22 March 2018. C-Station produced the show.
Mutsumi Sasaki took character design along with animation direction on the opening, the ending and episodes 1, 7 and 12, Miwa Ooshima directed animation on episodes 5, 7, 9 and 12, and Takeshi Takadera worked as sound director. It is filed under comedy and slice of life, but the quietly unusual thing about it is that being alone is treated as a preference rather than a problem, so a trip taken by yourself and a trip taken with someone else sit at the same height.
